Obituary for Chester Frederick "Fred" Feeley

Memorial service for C. Frederick Feeley, 84, Port Orange who passed away July 31, 2017 will be held Saturday August 12 at 2:00 pm at St Mary's Episcopal Church, 216 Orange Ave Daytona Beach with Father Jason Murbarger officiating. Mr. Feeley was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to this area in 1985 from New London, New Hampshire. He was a navy veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired after 26 years as a votran bus driver. He was a member of St Mary's Episcopal church and a past member of the Mason's. He was a Sea Scout Leader and a Cadet and Girl Scout leader and even served on the scouts counsel in New Hampshire. Mr. Feeley was co-youth director with Epiacopal Youth Group and a longtime member of the SPEBSQSA (barber shop chorus). He loved everything to do with the out doors. Mr. Feeley was pre deceased by an infant daughter Allison Jane Feeley, his parents Charles and Blanche Feeley and a sister Jean Feeley Silva. Survivors include his wife of 59 years June Diana; daughters Sharon Ann Plank (Ed) and Carolyn Sue Feeley; grandchildren Sarah Allison Dougherty, Kristoffer Charles Grier, Vincent Plank, Christopher Loecher(Lisa); great grandchildren Andrew Charles Loecher, Lucas Dwayne Loecher, Audrina deRomanis, Ashton Loecher, and Leah Loecher; brothers R. William Feeley and John E. Feeley (Janet); sister Tuttie Fortin and many wonderful nieces and nephews with whom he had a wonderful relationship.
